R5 Income Care is rolling out in 2026. Our first wave is in partnership with a vetted Utah County property management company we trust to run the day to day under our standard. Over time we'll bring more of the program in house under the R5 name. Either way, the homeowner experience is the same: rent collected, repairs handled, income deposited.
